Formed from weighty brass with a rich Versailles finish, the lamp’s circular pedestal features understated tiering and sculptural scrollwork accents. The globe of crystal at the center of the base combines a beautiful cross-cut pattern with smooth, vertical wedge cuts. Inside, the workings of the lamp are encased in a separate sheath of crystal, so that the look is not marred by obvious mechanics.
